Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
Custom OEM orders start at 300 pcs / sets per design. Ready-stock products with custom sticker label only can start at 100 pcs. Sample orders (1–4 pcs) are also available — sample cost is deducted from your first bulk order of 300 sets or more.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can send 1–4 sample pieces by courier. Sample fees depend on the product and customization level, and are fully refunded against bulk orders of 300 sets or more.
What is the lead time?
Standard OEM orders: 15–25 days after sample approval and deposit. Ready-stock items: 5–10 days. Peak season (October–December) may add 5–7 days — we always confirm exact lead time before you order.
Do you offer private label / OEM?
Yes. We offer full private label service including custom sticker labels, retail box design, custom scents, wax colors and sizes. Just send us your design or we can help create one for you.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We offer FOB, CIF and DDP shipping by sea or air. For small orders we can also ship by express courier (DHL, FedEx). Let us know your destination and we will recommend the best option.
