Standard products: 100 pieces per item.
Sticker private label: 300 sets total (mix products OK).
Full custom boxes: 5,000 sets per design (plate fee applies).
Mixed product orders welcome — combine candles, incense, and kits on one shipment.
All prices quoted in USD, FOB Ningbo, China. Prices exclude destination freight, duties, taxes, and insurance. Volume discounts available — ask for our tiered pricing sheet. Prices valid for 30 days from quote date.
Standard orders: 30% deposit by T/T bank transfer, 70% balance before shipment.
Sample / small orders (under $500): 100% upfront via Western Union, MoneyGram, or Wise.
Custom tooling / plate fees: 100% upfront before design work begins.
We do not offer O/A, D/P, or D/A terms. No consignment. No net-30 for new customers.
Stock products: 7-12 working days after deposit.
Sticker private label: 10-17 working days after sample approval.
Full custom boxes: 25-35 working days after plate approval.
Peak season (August-October for Día de Muertos / Christmas) may add 5-10 days. Plan accordingly.
Digital mockups are free for sticker private label orders. Physical pre-production samples: sample fee + shipping cost, which is credited toward your first bulk order. All private label orders require written sample approval before mass production begins. Once approved, color and placement changes require a restart fee.
Default: FOB Ningbo, China. Buyer is responsible for ocean/air freight, destination port fees, customs clearance, duties, and inland transportation.
We can recommend freight forwarders and customs agents in Latin America, but we do not handle or guarantee destination clearance.
Export documentation included: Commercial invoice, packing list, MSDS, non-hazardous cargo certification.
We perform 100% visual inspection on private label orders and send production photos before shipment. Upon receipt, inspect within 7 days. Defective items must be reported with photos within 14 days of delivery. Replacement on next order at no charge. No cash refunds.
Before production starts: full deposit refund.
During production: deposit is non-refundable, but we'll credit usable materials toward future orders.
After production is complete: no cancellations.
Design changes after sample approval may incur additional fees and delay production.
Buyer is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, artwork, or brand names they provide to us. We will never use your branding on products for other customers. Your designs belong to you.
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, port congestion, customs actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to minimize impact.
